1. What is the difference between Value Package & Events Catering?


The Value Package link provides you with quality food packages at the best price. We will deliver the food to you – be it in your office or at home. Think of this similar to food delivery from a fast food restaurant. The difference is, you get a whole set of quality & delicious food. The Events Catering link provides you with the A-Z of a catering event. Here, you can create your own menu from over 900 food choices! Aside from the food, we also provide a lot of other services you may need to create that memorable function. For an event catering, we do everything from cooking, venue set-up, personnel service during the function, to clean up after the event.

2. Is there a maximum number of people for my function?


For Value Package, the suggested number of participants is 20 to 100.
For Events catering, the number of participants can be anywhere from 50 to 10,000.
For promotional sets, the minimum order is 100 pax.

3. Can I mix items from Value Package & Events Catering?


No. Items under Value Package are fixed. Similarly, you can order only from Events Catering when you are doing a full blown function. Items between the two links cannot the mixed.

You may get items from both links by doing two separate orders.

4. Aside from food, I need other items for my function. Can Caterer.co.my provide me with other services?


Yes. Caterer.com.my can provide you with the following: Event organizing & event coordinating, Service Personnel, Furnitures, Canopies, Floral arrangement & Decorative plants, Videography & Photography, Party/Venue decoration, Mist fans, Sound system, Entertainment (Karaoke system, Clowns, DJs, MCs, Hosts, Live Bands, Dancers)

If there’s anything else you need for your function / event, we always try our best to arrange it for you!

5. Can I pay cash? What about credit cards?


Yes, you may pay by cash through direct debit with the bank. You may settle through any of the following methods if paying by cash:
- Go direct to the bank counter and fill up a deposit slip. Payment addressed to: Caterer Dot Com Sdn. Bhd.
- Use the cash deposit machine. Key in the respective account number (depending the on the bank) stated below.

IMPORTANT: After paying through direct debit, please fax a copy of the deposit slip to +603 6274 9446. Please don’t forget to indicate the following in the deposit slip: Your name, Online Order Number, and the Cheque Number.

Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments.

6. Is it possible to change my order after I have finalized my menu and have paid?

7. Can I order online for an event the following day?


No. Ordering should at least be 4 days from the time order is done.

8. How far does the company deliver food for the Value Package?


We deliver to the whole Klang Valley.

9. I am not sure what the best concept is for my function. Can you help?

10. What if I want to pay through the E-banking site of Maybank (www.maybank2u.com), RHB (www.rhbbank.com.my), CIMB (www.cimb.com.my), do I have to have an account with them?


Yes. You have to have an account with any of the bank with an online banking facility to be able to use the E-banking system. This is Bank Negara policy.
