Red-Cooked Chicken - is similar to the Italian famous dish Chicken Cacciatore except for it spicy hotness. Made from grasses in the mint family (specifically Mesona chinensis) with potassium carbonate. It's a drink, thought to have cooling (yin) properties. It have a slight iodine flavour and looks like a clear, deep brown liquid with cubes of translucent blackish jelly in it.
