Kerabu Chicken -
The sweetness combined with the tinge of chilli and the fragrant coriander leaves (cilantro) is a taste to die for. It’s pure heaven. Kerabu are very simple salads made in Malaysia. Chicken is added to create a medley of taste sensations. That addition of spices of chili and some fresh herbs is what makes the dish so unique.

Kerabu Ikan Bilis -
Deep fried anchovies that gives the cruncy sensation and the sweetness taste of kerabu. It’s trutly paradise.
Kerabu Jelly Fish -
Softness of jellyfish with the sweetness taste of kerabu. It’s feeling to look forward to.
Kerabu Kacang Botol -
Blanched Young ‘Kacang Botol’ mixed with blend coconut, chilli and lemon grass. Just before service, lemon juice are added in.
Kerabu Mangga -
The most well known in the family tree of kerabu, This is an incredible dish that will excite your taste buds, made from raw mango together with typical kerabu.
Kerabu Nangka -
Bleanched young jack fruit also known as ‘nangka’ mixed with ‘kerisik’ and chilli. Lemon juice are added in. And finally garnish with bunga kantan.
Kerabu Perut -
Same preparation as the rest of the kerabu family. Spicy sour ‘perut’ being used here.
Kerabu Pucuk Paku -
Pucuk paku pakis (Malay for wild fern shoots), combined with the tinge of chilli and the fragrant coriander leaves (cilantro) is a taste to die for.
Kerabu Sotong -
White squid slice into small pieces and mix with local herbs and lemon juice. This dish have the softness texture of squid plus the sweetness of kerabu.
