also know as ‘Acar Nyonya’. One of the more well accepted local salad or appetizer. Consist of cucumber,carrot,cabbage or any local vegetable. Key ingredent is the blended peanut and the gravy.

Pineapple, cucumber, onion & fresh red chilli marinated with white vinegar. Great local appetizer.
