Braised Sharks Fin Soup with Crab Roe & Dry Scallop -
Sharks fin is the third most prized ingredient of the four treasures of the sea in Chinese cuisine.Together with the 4th most prized treasures Scallop. Indeed it is a symbol of wealth and prestige. It is served in chicken broth with culinary fungus and crab meat to enhance the texture and taste.
Chicken and Asparagus Soup -
This is a very delicate and delicious soup,with chicken and asparagus simply and quickly prepared in a wok.
Egg drop soup -
A Chinese soup of beaten eggs, chicken broth, and boiled water. Condiments such as table salt, black pepper, and green onion. A silken strands of cooked egg that float in the soup help making it not only tasty but attractive to the eyes.
Miso Soup -
A traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called “dashi” into which is dissolved softened miso. Various solid ingredients like wakame seaweed, tofu, and mushrooms are then added to make the finished soup.
Salted Vegetable Bean Curd Soup -
A very well known Chinese soup made from salted vegetables (Chinese cabbage pickle) with beancurd (white taufoo). A soup that many believe that will give cooling effect for the body & qi (chee).
