An item create by Malaysia for Malaysian. Meat loaf that consist of 4 different component, carrot, fish meat, seaweed and crabmeat stick. Indeed a beautiful sight for the eye & wonderful taste for the mouth.
Chicken & Mushroom Vol-Au-Vant -
Chicken Vol au vents are small canapés. They are circular pieces of puff pastry with a small hole which accommodates various fillings, such as mushrooms, chicken & cheese. The name translates literally as “flight of the wind”.
Chicken Boxer -
Marinated chicken made to small mini boxers, covered with bread crumbs and fried to perfection. Goes well with chili sauce.
