Cantonese Fried Kway teow & mee hoon -
Deep fried thin rice noodles served in a thick sauce. The sauce is cooked with sliced chicken meat, prawns, squids and green vegetables such as choy sum.
Chinese Roast Chicken -
Another popular way of serving Hainanese Chicken. Roasted to perfection until golden in colour.
Famous Hong Kong Tim Sum -
Locally made famous Hong Kong dumplings. Halal dish with 8 types of variety.
Fish Ball Mee -
Chinese favourate clear soup noodle. Made from Fish ball in clear soup with noodles. Nice and not too heavy.
Fish Head Mee Hoon -
Another clear soup with the touch of ginger & milk. Fish head deep fried and partner with mee hoon.
Ginger Beef Kway Teow -
This type of cooking are similiar with the cantonese fried but ginger, spring onion and slice of beef meat are added to it.
Hainanese Chicken Rice -
Traditionaly cook in hainanese style which is steam chicken, Served with cucumber, soya sauce,home made chili and flavoured rice. Because of popular demand, roasted chicken will be serve too.
