Chicken Satay (No. of stick) - RM0.70
Slices of chicken meat on coconut leaf spine skewers which are grilled over charcoal fire. Turmeric is used to marinate satay and gives it a characteristic yellow color. Well known Kajang Satay served with cucumber, onion and spicy peanut sauce.
Lemang -
A special rice cake called Lemang is made to eat with Rendang. Lemang is made from glutinous rice and santan [coconut milk], carefully packed into bamboo poles lined with banana leaves and cooked in the traditionally way over low open fires.
Lontong Set -
Complete set of lontong dish served with
Ketupat
Serunding Daging or Rendang Ayam
Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis
Kuah Kacang and Sayur Lodeh.
Nasi Dagang 'SET' -
A traditional malay dish. It has a special herb call halba.
Halba has a nice pungent slightly minty taste.
The steamed rice is normally a mix of siamese and local rice.
This set serve together with Ikan Tongkol and acar jelatah
Nasi Goreng Indonesia -
Presentable whole complete meal, suitable for all crowd.
Set Indonesia fried rice serve with prawn cracker & indonesia satay & peanut sauce.
Nasi Lemak set -
Most popular complete meal in malaysia, you can serve it for breakfast, tea lunch or even dinner. Rice cooked in coconut milk made aromatic with pandan leaves. This set will be serve with sambal, peanut, deep fried anchovies, boiled egg, cucumber and rendang.
Otak Otak -
Otak-otak is a fish cake from the south of Malaysia. A thi slie of fish is wrapped using banana leaf or coconut leaf and grilled over charcoal fire. As a result, it ends up reddish-orange, dry and with a distinct smoky fish aroma.
Pegedil -
Traditional malay meat ball which actually made only from potato. Normally goes with soto, but at times can goes with any others dishes.
