Apple Salad Prawn -
Simmering fresh prawn, to be serve with fresh cut apple and mayonnaise. Great appetizer for those prawn and apllelover
Chinese Salad Prawn -
Fresh prawn perpare in chinese favourate style of salad. A refreshing way of enjoying the salad prawn.
Fresh Imported Oyster -
Preparation is as simple as opening the shell. Oysters are rich in zinc, iron, calcium, and vitamin A. Purists insist on eating oysters raw, with no dressing save perhaps lemon juice, vinegar, or cocktail sauce. Raw oysters are regarded like wines in that they have complex flavors that vary greatly among varieties and regions. The texture is soft and fleshy, but crisp to the tooth. Oysters are generally an expensive food and often they are eaten only on special occasions.
Indian Rojak -
a.k.a Rojak Mamak; contains fried dough fritters, boiled potatoes, prawn fritters, hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts and cucumber mixed with a thick, spicy peanut sauce.
Kerabu Chicken -
The sweetness combined with the tinge of chilli and the fragrant coriander leaves (cilantro) is a taste to die for. It’s pure heaven. Kerabu are very simple salads made in Malaysia. Chicken is added to create a medley of taste sensations. That addition of spices of chili and some fresh herbs is what makes the dish so unique.
Kerabu Jelly Fish -
Softness of jellyfish with the sweetness taste of kerabu. It’s feeling to look forward to.
Kerabu Sotong -
White squid slice into small pieces and mix with local herbs and lemon juice. This dish have the softness texture of squid plus the sweetness of kerabu.
Mango Salad Prawn -
Simmering fresh prawn, to be serve with fresh cut mango. Great appetizer for those prawn lover
